O2 Heater sensor circuit codes

I recently purchased a 1996 F150 5.0L truck and after a couple of weeks the check engine light went on. The codes are P0135, P0141, and P0155 - all O2 Heater circuit errors. I replaced both O2 sensors and the reset the light. It was fine for about 500 miles, now the light is back on and I am getting the same codes. I've heard that the PCM may need to either be reprogrammed or replaced - any ideas?

The heater of the O2 sensors gets power from the ignition switch, probably through a relay on a '96. I haven't dealt a lot with trucks that new, but I know on some of the wiring diagrams I've seen have a relay for the mass air meter power and O2 sensor heater power wires. I'd look for that and see what you can turn up.
