If by gen 1, you mean '88 to '97, then you are screwed, because the only way you can adjust it is getting camber ecentrics installed, which can only do MINOR changes. I am assuming you lifted or dropped your truck by putting on different coils. If you lifted it, you need I beam drops. Ive seen some cheap ones in JC Whitney, but i would go with a major brand.
