I just got the brakes done on my truck a week ago...and they have been fine. Now I put the brake on and for some reason the one rear wheel locks up even when I very lightly apply the brakes....I have no Idea what is going on but I am damn frustrated!!
If you guys have any idea what may possibly be going on I would love you help!

oh yes and to make matters worse my hood wont open.
It sounds like the wheel cylinder may be bad and not releasing or when the brakes were done the brake adjuster parts were not cleaned and lubed. All easy fixes. You can remove the drum and remove the shoes and parts and clean them and lube them up. Not the shoes of course.
Then I would use a graphite lube for the adjuster which is the item at the bottom with the star wheel. Add some graphite lube to all piviot points. Lookthe wheelcylinder over and see what shape it is in. If it looks old I would replace it and the one on the other side. Also I would do a complete brake fluid flush.
Time consuming but well worth the sense of confidence when you apply the brake instead of
As far as your hood not opening, try pulling the handle with your right hand and push down on the hood with your left real hard, you should hear it click, then while still pulling on the handle lift up the hood with your left hand.
Hope this works, It's what I have to do everytime.

Am I missing something here, She said she had the brakes done. I will make the assumption somebody other than her did the job, and after only a week she needs to take it back and fixed, If the job was done right there would be no problem, IE bad wheel cylinder, kinked lines, lack of grease etc.
