The f-250 and 150 frames unfortunately are not the same. The F-150 has crumple zones in the front that don't allow you to easily mount the F-250 leaf spring bracket on there. The TTB arms on the F-150 have bolts for the coil spring mounts and the radius arms, ones the F-250's doesn't have, so it won't work. The easiest way to convert is either with a d44 solid axle or F-150's TTB. The TTB's are a dime a dozen and I recommend those since I know you're not going to wheel it hard. The TTB rides a little better than a solid axle. Plus if you ever decide to sell the vehicle, the TTB will keep the resale a little better. No one would know it was swapped in unless they checked the VIN. There are a lot of posts on 4wd swaps around the site (off road/suspension forums too) as well as an article in the Tech Articles section (link on right).
