engine redline for 5.4L?
The 5.4L V8 torque curve, which is fairly flat from 2,000 to 4,000 rpm, falls precipitously after that. HP peaks at 4,500 rpm, and then it too falls off pretty quickly.
There is no "red line" per se, but the engine control computer will shut off the fuel supply at some point -- probably around 5K or so...
