Power Chip..functioning?

Power Chip..functioning?
My truck...F350 Dually CC, LB came with chip installed..How do I know if its functioning properly and which one it is?? Does it need any adjustments down the road?? Sorry...Im new to this...Love the Beast Though!

First of all, what year is the truck?? On 94-97 you have to remove the processor to get to the chip. On 99 and newer, you can look up next to the e-brake pedal and see it. You're looking for a shiny silver box about an inch thick. On the top of the box will be a smaller box, this is the chip, plugged into the back of the PCM. They are usualy taped in place. If you want to see if it's working, remove it and drive it for a while then reinstall it and you should see a noticeable difference. The name is usually on the chip.
