brake question?

we've recently finished rebuilding the brake system on a 87 f150, this included new wheel cylinders, new brake pads, new master cylinder, and new hoses. The master cylinder was bench bled, and the system was bled multiple times with no air coming out anymore. However, the brakes still feel soft with a fair amount of brake pedal travel.

does anybody know what the Ford measurement for brake pedal movement is?

is this typical on f150's or should we be looking for something else?

Silly question, but are the rear brakes adjusted correctly? If all the parts are new, and you have no air in the system, it must be the rears are out of adjustment still.
