i'm having a problem with my 97 expy wiyh a 4.6,has a ticking noise like a lifter in right front corner,i've replaced all lifters,timing chains, tensioners and all guides and tensioner arms.noise not there all the time doesn't matter if hot or cold

 

Have you run it with the belt off just to eliminate anything belt driven?

 

yes,i try that in the beginning,after working some more it all most seems to be loosing oil to the cam and lifters on the right side,noise seems to be worse than before
