Clear taillights and moisture

I put on my new clear taillights for my 99 f250 but when I go to a carwash they get water inside them. I just tried to fasten them better but it seems like the bottoms fit but dont fit perfectley. Anyobdy else having these types of problems? I thought about stuffing some sort of goo that will harden in the bottom. But Im not sure what I will do. Any help if greatley appreciated...

Yep!

VERY common problem, I have had 3 sets to date of different makers, they are all Cheaply China made to start with but the best ones that worked great are the ones that have rubber breather tubes on the back side, this way the mositure escapes. I also hear clear silicone works around the edges.
