99 Expedition Wipers

Is there any reason why my windshield wipers turn on and off whenever they want to? Even with the switch in the off position.

Replace the multi-function switch. It can cause all kinds of problems.

You might want to inquire about a recall on the multi-function switch. It might save you some $$$.
