Warranty Issues

How many of you or someone you know, have had actual problems with your truck after you installed an aftermarket programmer, then have taken it to the dealer and had your warranty pulled. (Even after you unplugged it and set it to stock)
I know everyone says that there is a way they can trace it, but was wondering if it has happened to anyone on here.

I have the diablo predator and can clear codes... even the overboost and other telltale ones...
