Mazda Tranny Shifter

I want to change the leaking rail plugs in my 89 F150 with the Mazda transmission and was hoping someone could tell me how to remove the shifter from the trans. Thanks

First there should be 4 sheetmetal screws that hold the shifter boot to the floor. Then after you get the boot out of the way, remove the 3 torx screws that are on the top of the shifter.
