Just found a 1981 Ford F-100 or 150 the part's are free ! Could I use brake's off it or any part's It has a V-6 5 spd. For my 1965 sb F-100

As far as I know, you can only use thru 1979 as a bolt on for brake parts.

Don I put the rear brakes from an 80 on my unibody. I had to fill and redrill the baking plate mounting holes.

The brake rotors and possibly the calipers are useable. There are a couple versions of the '80'81 F100 and they had diff brakes, so be careful.
