Question 89 EFI 460 swap into 87 F250

I'm looking for some advice from you guys...

I just picked up an '89 460 EFI motor, including all wiring, from my buddy. I plan to rebuild it for my '87 F250, which is a 460 carb motor. The truck is used mainly for 4-wheeling and hauling the occasional load of dirt.

1. Will I need anything else from the '89 donor truck? I know I will need the fuel pumps... How about the gauge cluster?
2. I would like to get 325hp and a ton of torque from the EFI motor. Are performance heads available for an '89? Or can the stock heads be massaged to produce this kind of power?
3. I'm thinking about building an EFI stroker motor. Is this even possible? Will I need to convert to a MAF system, or will the speed-density system handle these mods?

Any of your past experiences would be greatly appreciated. Sorry my questions are kinda general. I have a million things to ask, but I wanted to get the ball rolling with a few simple ones.

Thanks in advance,
Scott

Speed Desnity will not like to many mods. A nother alt is to go with the SDS Injection system instead of mass air. Unless you can find a real good deal it will prod be cheaper.
