forged pistons?

do the 97-up explorers w/the 302 & gt40 heads also have the high nickel block and forged pistons like the 5.0 HO fox body mustangs? and does anyone have all the cam specs?

not sure about the nickel block but here are the cam specs:

Endplay
Standard........... 0.001 to 0.007"

Journal diameter

Bearing inside diameter
