Changing order
Does deleting an item such as chrome side steps cause the factory to restart the order?
I ordered the SCREW XLT with captains chairs, chrome side steps, dvd player, etc....on 27 Dec. My sales person calls around mid Feb to tell me the side steps are holding up the truck, so he suggested deleting them and I agreed, hoping to speed up the process. Here it is week 12 and still nothing. Has anybody else have the same problem?
