Speaker Connectors
Where can I find a speaker connector for the front (6.5") speakers. I have a 1990 EB, I don't believe that the speaker package is different though. The old connector no longer makes a clean connection, and the speaker jumps in and out. I checked Crutchfield with no luck, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

replace the speakers. you can get a good set for not-a-lot-of-money. you'd have to pull them to get to the connection anyway, and it makes a lot of difference. i have a friend in the airline maintenance industry, so i use silicon-filled spade terminals and waterproof shrink tubing...but to be honest, any decent spade connector will work, and when you buy a new set of speakers, most manufacturers will supply you with the terminals. if you're not up for changing the speaker, check radio shack and they'll hook you up if you take the factory speaker to them. hope this helps.
