does these compessor wheels like you see from itp diesel &
the diesel stop and other aftermarket sites help on your low end
torque and through out the whole rpm band? it seems like they
probably do but i dont want to buy until i get some suggestions
from you guys.

 

I've heard the wicked wheel is supposed to help with spoolup in the lower R's, but haven't heard from those with one installed.
