Air In Cooling System

I can hear a sound in the dash when I start the truck. It sounds like air is being sucked around in the heating ducts. I am not leaking any fluids. Also the truck was almost completely up to operating temp. this morning and then the vent air started cooling off and then I noticed my temp. gauge going down. After cooling completely off it started warming up again. I thought it might be a thermostat problem or maybe an air lock in the system.
