power bench seat options?
anyone know if power bench seats were an option for the '91's. i have a '91 XLT lariat. i thought that would be cool to have. has anyone put on a modified power seat? back in high school, i took the power seat assembly off a buick "something" and put it on the bottom of the driver's seat of my '74 VEGA. what a dork i was. it raised the seat about 3 inches. but it worked. Jeeze, the things we did as kids.

I have the sales brochure for the 91 trucks and I don't remember seeing an option for power back then....
If you want there are many different aftermarket companies out there that make drop in bucket seats that have a center console that makes up into a seat. I just installed a set of leather seats up front from Dick's Auto Parts out of Northern Indiana. No power but the seats set nice, plus he had many different colors of leather and I got ones that matched really well with the interior. Thinking bout going back up there and picking up a second set for the rear.
