Severe Vibration
I am getting severe vibration from the front end when I apply the brakes upon slowing down say from 50 to 60 to stop at a stop sign or light. The front end shakes so bad that it will throw cups out of the cup holder. I have been told to pull the front wheels and pull the rotors and have them turned. I have also been told to check the front wheel bearings. There is also a difinite popping sound when the truck is slowing down and gets about to the 20mph range. You here a pop like maybe something is shifting or loose. The sound seems to come from the underside middle section. I ideas guys??

I'd look into the carrier bearing on the drive shaft. That might be the whole problem or also look into the u-joints in the driveshaft. As far as the front end goes, i'd look at the rotors and also the isolators on the torque arms on the front end. They are right under the driver and passenger feet. Keep us posted.

Sounds like your rotors are warped, mine does the same thing. The popping noise could be several things. I see a lot of sway bar end links loosen up and cause noise, also cab mounts can cause the same noise. Make sure everything is torqued and resurface the rotors.
