front drivetrian??

why does front end spin going down the road in 2 wheel drive?? i`been watching other sd too same whats spinning them?? the auto lock hubs ?? :

Yup the hubs stay locked...Turn to lock then auto and they should unlock..They are junk! Get some warns and plug the vac lines..

Also you are supposed to back up about 10 feet. They are supposed to be like this. Lets say someone who is not a truck guru, like my mother, goes to drive our diesel. Puts it in 4x4 and get out of the driveway, switches back to 2 and goes. Ford figures if you are using it once, chances are you will use it again. Now she is going down the road and there is a big drift in the middle, she can put it in 4x4 going 40, because the fron axle and everything is alreayd turning, and make it through the drift no problem.
