how do you remove this part?

I need to run some cable under the plastic trim piece where the seat belt height adjuster and tensioner are. I don't think I will have to remove it all the way, just pull it back far enough to make the cable run. Not sure though. How is this piece moved? It doesn't seem to want to simply pry away and I cant find any of those plastic punch clips anywhere. BTW, it an 03, 2dr regular cab. Thanks...

if it is like the floor sill is, the plastic punch clip deals are attached on the back side, so you can't see them. They are the fuzzy screw things. I am guessing those panels of yours is the same way.. but don't take my word for it. Have you tried pulling them off?

I tried to pry it a little. I think it must be fastened with something, somewhere. The shoulder belt is attached to it. I would think it has to be anchored somewhere, if not if you had a hard enough hit, the panel would just pull off from the stress on the belt.

If they are like the rear panels in the SC they pull off. The seatbelt bolts to a bracket behind the plastic. The panel has metal clips behind it and you just have to pull. Start from the bottom corner.
