plug in?

where is the plug in located at on my 95 f150 300 for a code scanning tool loccated at? i looked under the dash but didnt see it

It won't be under the dash, that came in when the put OBD IIs in 96 and up. It should be under the hood on the drivers side labled "EEC TEST"

It's next to the brake booster and near the spring for the hood.

Mine has one inside, just behind the shifter, dangling about 2" below the bottom of the dash. Mine's a 93, I had assumed they were all like that.

Thats the electric brake controller for towing trailers.
