heater sounds
I have a 1998 F150. Lately I have been hearing some funny sounds coming from the dash. Usually when I start the truck up or rev the engine up or give it a lot of gas, I can hear what sounds like water rushing through pipes from behind the dash (center). It sounds like bubbling or churning water.

You may want to check your coolant level. It sounds like you have bubbles in your cooling system and the noise you hear is the bubbles going through the heater core.
To make sure you don't have a cracked heater core, turn on the defroster and see if you get steam out of the vents on top of the dash.
