I couldnt find a thread on if anyone listed what was done to their 4.2's.. or maybe i didnt look hard enough... anyway.. everyone list their truck and what all mods and stuff was done to their 4.2 trucks...

2000 F150 4.2L XL long bed 5speed
best recorded 1/4 mile time so far.. before a bunch of mods.. 16.3 seconds @ 83 mph....

-autolite 8mm spark plug wires
-champion double platinum spark plugs @ .054 gap
-2.5" True dual exhaust with X-pipe, 2 flowmaster 40 series, and dumps
-Shorter throttle cable
-Hidden ram air (dryer hose in fender)
-3.55:1 LSD
-catrol GTX 10w30 oil

SUSPENSION
-Lakewood adjustable traction bars (slapper style)
-Cut SVT lightning coil springs (1 coil cut off)
-Advanced auto parts lift shackles (reversed for a lowering shackle) with added support
-SVT lightning leaf springs
-adjustable camber bolts and washers
-trailmaster 4 degree rear axle shims
-bilstein monotube shocks (all 4 corners)
-shortest front sway bar links as possible

INTERIOR
-Painted interior trim (Frost metallic pearl silver)
-Mag light clips with silver mag light on passenger A-pod pillar
-Blue mood lights in the dome outer side lights
