Which Suplemental Suspension?
should i go with,
-Helper Springs
-Add-a-Leaf
-Air bags
-4" F350 Block
for '03 F250SD used to haul almost everything, not so much towing. thanks for the advice

Air bags would be the most adjustable. Helper springs are good too becuase they dont usally kick in untill you fill the bed or tow. But if it was me I would go with the air bags just because it can give you a great ride when not towing just by airing down the bags. Stay away from anything that will add spring rate at ride hight like a add-a-leaf. An add-a-leaf will give you the bouncey bounce without any load in the truck. Blocks will just raise it and not add any support for extra load.

Yea I'd give the vote for air bags. I put rear add-a-leafs on my old truck and it rode like crap empty! The air is infinitely adjustable so you can always have a good ride - empty or fully loaded!
