Seems the 67-69 aren't offered anywhere. Before and after that is available in books I have. Don't know the reason. I figure it would be the same.
I think the length on the front part is the same no matter what the wheelbase of truck. It all mounts up right behind cab on either. The added length comes in behind that.

You can make your own from Home Depot cable or you can purchase general kits from Summit Racing. As long as the housing is intact, you can slide your new cable into the old housing, if it is anything like my 1971 cable.

I got mine from Control Cables. They'll custom make any cables and are priced fairly. I got all three of mine and couldn't be happier with the products. They will send you a sheet you fill in. I included a rough drawing with dimensions and got the exact-fit replacement.
