oil spots

any thoughts on easy way to clean oil spots on macadam (blacktop) dried on, no longer wet

Or clean with Simple Green or Oil-Eater and reseal the asphalt.

Go to your local hardware store in the paint section and pick up some TSP. Make a paste with a little water and scrub in with a coarse brush. Leave it on for an hour then rinse. If it's fresh just use it like floor dry
