Nerf Bars... Help

I was killing time and ran across a set of bars that extend when you open the doors and retract when they close. Looked like it tucks up under the body. Very interesting. Has anyone seen these?

N0......sounds like something that must have a few springs and moving parts. Does the door actuate it.

I believe so. It must be some kind of microswitch. They were only extended when the doors were open. As soon as you close the door they automatically slide up under the body next to the frame.

They make sigle door ones and complete Nurf bar ones. I have seen them and talk to a few people that had them installed. The single door ones. There not very happy, they tend to brake down with in a short period of time. The F250 CC down the street has one on each doorand only 1 is working. I have not seen one of the Nurf bars installed. I have seen them in www.4wheelparts.com.
