My F250 was in a collision with a Toyota. He hit my right front fender and bumper. I had to replace them both. Toyota didn't fare as well. But my problem is: now there's a squeak, sometimes popping noise that I just can't figure out what it is. It sounds like it's between the bed and the cab, but they are not touching. Sometimes it kind of sounds like it's under the truck; sometimes it sounds like it's inside the cab. I rode in the back of the truck and I didn't hear it as well as I did when I was inside.
Squeak all the time or just on speed bumps and such. Mine the little plastic spacer that is supposed to seperate the two leafs up front are just about to fall out, so it talks to me when I go over speed bumps.
If so they may not have reattached the fuel tube back to the bed. There is a hose clamp the holds the filler tube to a tab from the bed. I had a noise and not all the time.
My truck was compleatly repainted and the boby shop did not reattech filler tube to bed and sounded like the bed was loose and ratteling at times.
