Noisy back end

Any ideas for a noisy back end on a 02 Escape? When I drive over speed bumps or more often curbs (!! OOPS ) some thing in the back end squeaks. When I took it in they couldn't get it to do it (big surprise). They put a silicon lube around the back window and told me to turn up the radio. Needless to say it didn't work. Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions?

I traced one person's squeak in the back to a slightly loose spare tire. Check that. Also put some rubber lube on all the shock and panhard rod bushings.

If you have a creaking sound, try this real quick - wrap some electrical tape around the U post that the back hatch (not window) uses. I've heard of several people having this problem after awhile.
