Trans Swapping

I have an 80 f-250 4x4 with an c-6 which is slipping and the transfer case's chain is slipping I have a chance to get a 4 speed with granny low and trans fer case for free it's out of an 76 model I can also get the clutch peddels ect out of an 80 also. My question is can this swap be done? or will it be better for me to rebuild the automatic and put it back in?

What motor do you have and what motor was matched in the 76?

My motor is an 351m I'm not sure what was in the 76 but i do have an bell housing for an 351m

I contemplating swapping out my C6/205 combo for a NP435/dana spicer 21. What is a quike break down of all the parts needed for the swap?
