To run the 35's you will need to go with the 5.5 lift. The 3.5 lift will level the front of the truck and you can run 33's with it. I am running a Fabtech 5.5 lift. Call Aggressive Suspension in Fullerton California at (714)870-9422. Ask for Tony. They are Fabtech's Off Road division. They do the suspension, Performance, Custom work, etc..
Personally I would run the 5.5" inch lift. My buddy had the 4" Rancho lift done and after seeing my truck he wishes he had the 5.5" lift. He finds that his tires will rub the wheel well when he hits a dip while turning. I also had the Fabtech parts powder coated black instead of the blue they come with. I have a gold truck and I thought the blue would look like Sh*^. I posted some pics of my truck in the super duty section. Call Tony at Aggressive to get the details about the fabtech lifts.
Actually, you do NOT need a 5.5" lift to run 35s. I have a 2001 Superduty CC SB and put a 2.5" BDS leveling kit. I am running 35s on 8" wide rims. This works fine. It does not rub. On my last truck (99) I ran the 2" Superlift leveling kit with 35s, no rubbing.
