how can you tell the differece between mits and mazda tran ?is there any visual differences? ihave a 87 with blowed motor and a 86 with a bad trans will these swap? the 87 is 100 miles away right now but is easy to get

mits usually for 4X4 and maz for 4X2 and there is an easy way to tell..... the trans drain plug on maz drains out to the side and mits drains straight down. hope this helps
