Left injectors not working

Unhappy Left injectors not working

I was driving home and i lost power. Not all the way only the left side. Pulled covers and all 4 injectors are not firing. ANY IDEAS?

how did u check the injectors to see if they were not firing? What year truck do u have?

Pulled the valve covers and a friend of mine who is a diesel machanic checked them. Hes just to busy to work on it right now.
Its a 96.

Check the wire harness.

did he ohm the solenoids out to see if they were bad?

Theres another thread right above this one where a IDM module went out, and only 5 of his cylenders were working, but since it is all on the same bank, i would pay wiring harness.

not sure if he ohm them out or not. Ive now been with out a truck for two weeks and this is the third time. its ticked me off enough to say good bye ford hello Lotus twin turbo V8.

I need to have it hook up on a computer but theres not many places around here (In Largo, fl.)and the dealer wants $80.00 just to do that.

Its not throwing any codes. I have my own code reader. Fords computer can check to see why power is not making it to the injectors.

Check all your connections to the left side of the engine. A code scanner may not pick up improperly connected plugs or a damaged harness.
