I am running into a fast idle problem on my 98' Expedition 4.6L, 103k miles. I have replaced the EGR valve that sits on top but did not do the dpfe sensor. Will this cause a high idle regardless of whether the engine is warm or cold? Getting a PO401 code when i hook it up.
