Has anyone here used the 3" drop I-beams from DJM. DJM calls them "Dream Beams".
I am considering them, I have a 76 F150 2wd. I am droping the rear 5" and want to drop the front also. The 3" dropped I-beams seem to be the only way to do this. If anyone knows of a a-arm conversion please let me know.
Thanks.
My beams were bent when I lifted my truck and a buddy of mine had his bent when he lowered his but you can only go a couple inches lower with stock beams, otherwise you run into frame to beam clearance issues. Good luck on lowering it, they look real nice when you drop them.

also look for the beams at AIM or truckin.com I hear those are good too. You can also buy a 4" lowered coil from Blue Oval Truck Parts. I will be trying to cut my coils and then install a flip kit in the rear with a c notch...
If you have headers and use shorter coils watch out for tie rod to header interference. I tore a hole in my drivers side header. I had to get stock height springs and a new header. That is why I am looking at the dream beams.
If you want to go to A-arms Fat Man Fabrications sells a Mustang II style crossmember for our trucks. It's not Mustang II stuff it's mustang II STYLE. It's built heavier for trucks, Fat Mans makes some really good stuff. You can go really low with this set up, air ride even if you want. It's not the easiest way but if you want really low or A-arms it's probably your best bet.

I am told you can lower a 2wd F 150 2" without changing the I beams?
It was said that you can cut 2" out of the original front springs to lower it 2".
To get the truck to sit level I have seen the rear axle moved above the leaf springs which lowered the rear 3".
Has anyone else done this?
How was the camber corrected?
