Wide Open
when i put the throttle to floor and let off the cable to the carb get stuck still wide open. what can be done. to bet it all im at work so ill have to do it in the parking lot to get me home.

Check all the levers etc. to see if you can pinpoint the one that's sticking. All those moving parts must have wear to them and may require "re-aligning" (bending).
The problem is not with the cable itself binding in its' sheathing, right?
WD40 may help you as well.
