Not sure it would be too comfortable...
Have had Vans, trailers, and motorhomes with the convertibles...
and the BEST of them were not THAT comfortable
May do better to fold the middle seats down...
flip the third seat on top (or leave it at home)
and get a mattress for the floor... IMHO

I have seen kits for all sort of stuff do a Yahoo search and I am sure you will find one. Like jdadamsjr said though I have never seen a comfortable set up plus how tall are you will you even fit?
If you don't need it as a seat dump it at the house and buy an areo bed in a how ever long it takes
