Replacing a rear wiper.........

Do any of you know how or do you know any sites that can tell me how to replace the rear wiper of a 2000 Ford Explorer? I cant take the old wiper off. Any help will be appreciated

i brought mine to the Dealer and they put a new arm on (old one was considerd weak ) for about 50.00 anfd it now wipes the whole window !! LOL !!

There's nothing wrong with the arm we just want to replace the old blade for the arm with a new one.
