With the help of all your expert advice, I replaced the front hubs w/warn manual hubs this weekend. I also pulled the 4wd actuator motor and cleaned the brushes and can get the motor to work on the workbench but when i reinstall it on the vehicle i get no lights, no motor movement...just a click in the wheel well. B-4 I cleaned the brushes, i'd get lights but no action....now no lights at all. Did I miss something or is it back to the drawing board??? Thanks again for all the great info on this board .

Look in the right rear compartment where the jac and lug wrench are. I think you will find an electronics box that is the 4x4 control module. There may be a reset switch on it. I may be totally wrong on this so I look forward to other's responses.
