Rear blocks?

Rear blocks?
I am wondering if anyone has added f350 blocks to of the rear of their f250 and not raise the front? I have a 2000 PSD F250 SC Long bed, with the camper package. I have an irrigation service business and carry approx 800-1000# for 9-10 months a year. I want the truck to sit a little higher in the back like they do when they are empty. will this do the trick, and will it look stupid when it is unloaded? Thanks for any advice.

Matt; I have a 2001 F250 that replaced a 1999 F250. The first thing I noticed was how much lower the rear of the truck sat. I couldn't stand the looks of it either, with just a light load in it, it squated like a dodge with a bag of groceries. I found that Ford had lowered the rear 2" to appease the 5th wheel crowd. My fix was to install 2" lift blocks to bring it back to the height of a 1999. I have been running this setup since the truck had 200 miles on it and now has 76750. No problems and it actually looks like it should. I had mine done at Sport Truck USA, seemed at the time it was less than $200.

Another option would be to add air bags to the rear, to give you the opportunity to adjust the ride height to the load. If adding blocks was aroung $200, air bags would be in the same ballpark.
