Walk into a Ford dealer with those numbers , I did , and they are more than willing to help. Or , if u r sure the rear end has never been changed , go by the sticker in your door jamb.

If it doesn't have OD then sure...and your speedo might be off. The more accurate way to tell (as someone may have changed it) is to jack the two rear tires off the ground and spin 1 tire 1 revolution and count how many times the driveshaft spins. Also, if the tires rotate in the same direction it's a limited slip..if opposite direction...open diff.
