Clutch/Master Cylinder???
Got an interesting problem with my 93 F-150 300/6 5 spd(M5ODR2). I have a lot of pedal travel and at times it seems the clutch does not want to disengage completely. Is this the clutch master going bad or is it the slave? I have plenty of fluid in the master, and have actually swapped it out. I also went through the bleeding process but it seems the same. I am suspect the master I put is no good as I had a similiar problem on the brake master on a 91 F150 I own. The master was bad, and the master I installed (new) was also bad. Any ideas????

Try bleeding it again. I bled mine a couple weeks ago without a bleeder kit or a helper. First I filled the clutch master cylinder with fluid, then I put a 2X4 piece of wood under the clutch pedal, put a block of wood (about 15lb) on the clutch pedal, cracked the bleeder screw and let it gravity bleed for about 2 hours. Then I tightend the bleeder, filled the master cylinder, and pumped the pedal about 30 times. Checked the fluid again, and it worked perfect!
