seats

hello all,

i just wanted to ask if any one knows if i can put the newer style seats into my truck without any kind of modification. i have a 91 f150 xlt supercab. it has the bench seat with split back. i would like to install the 60/40 splits from maybe a 97 & up. i would like to know if it is possible and what is required to do that. if it is easy i would probably go to the wreck yards to find that seat.

thanks in advance.

I've been told they will not bolt straight in, I was thinking of doing the same thing for my 96 f-150. They said when they changed the body style they also changed the floor of the truck. The 97 and up seat brackets look pretty close but I really don't think they are the same

I have a 95 F250 Supercab with worn out
Captain seats and am interested in a bench seat with a split back.
Is the back of your seat upholstered the same as the front? What
color and what type upholstery is used?
Are you interested is selling your seat and what would you want
for it? I imagine it would cost at least $ 50.00 for shipping. I am
also interested in hunting, so the bench seat could add space for
another person. Is space cramped if you put three adults on the seat?
Thank You---------- Kolan
