Napa Syn?

Who bottles Napa's oil for them? I was wondering if the Napa Syn was a good syn? I am not too much on oil, but i have heard there are two type of syn oil. One type where the modicules are all cut to the same length, but basicly dino. Then a PAO synthetic, which is an actual ester based synthetic? Is the Napa Syn the ester based or the rerefined dino oil?

I'd guess it is Valvoline, and it's probably a Group III dino and not PAO.

Its very much Valvoline oil. The address on the Napa bottle is the same as the Valvoline bottle. Napa and Valvoline will tell you its Valvoline.

So Napa Synthetic is just a group 3 with a higher price tag, i can get Shell 5w-30 group 3 oil for 6 bucks a jug, is there any benifit to the "synthetic"?
