I have not purchased valve springs yet. I wanted to make sure I got ones that will match up with everyting before I bought them. I will start to keep an eye on ebay for a crank. Can comeone tell me if I need pedestal mount or stud mount rocker arms? Scorpion show them both ways for the 400.

You need pedestal mount, unless you modify the heads for studs.

Also, add the shim kit (lash adjustment) into one of your parts orders (if you are keeping the pedastal mount) and save a trip. It is cheap. Comp will have a set of springs recommended for your cam, you don't need to wait. It is looking good!
