I had to have my truck in the shop yesterday....so i returned the truck back to original with the predator......
I told the service writer I wanted them to flash my computer with the latest calibrations....
Got the truck back putted home in stock mode.....replace right front speed sensor....tuned to 85hp w/ predator.....and i could feel a remarkable difference .......only problem i see is boost is way high....almost hit 30 before i could get out of it...(may need to enable wastegate again)
my question
Is it possible that the flashing of the computer helped this much ?
Ken I was getting high 20s but after the reflash it looks like high 30s....also got a SES light after I got on it the first time I havent done it since...I wasnt expecting it, thats why it happened the first time...I m being careful now....How much boost is too much boost?
Also is my computer code in the above calibration code?
well it wasnt high 30s it is low 30s.....I noticed my guage acting weird today and changed it...looks like the 2 read the same till around 28psi....the old guage kept going the new one doesnt...
