Suspension Lift?
Any ideas on a good suspension lift? Would like to just raise the front to match rear. Also, What size tire will look good after getting the lift? I have a 2004 f-350 crewcab with single rear wheels. Thanks for your help.

Sounds like you are after a leveling kit, correct?
If so:
Depending on what code springs you have and what engine you have it could be a 2-3" leveling kit.
For a 2":
Edge 2" mini spring pack....about $225.00 w/o shocks.
RCD hanger and shackle...about $329.00 w/o shocks.
For a 3":
Edge 3" hanger and replacement boxed shackle...about $425.00 w/o shocks. (Also will need a 1" bumpstop spacer and new shocks.
I'd recommend going to Bilstein 5100 shocks with the SD specific valving with all of the above setups.
And I'd also look into a adjustable trac bar to keep the front axle centered.
33/12.5 tires look good with a leveling kit.....on some 8-10" aftermarket wheels.
